 For Self-employment there are ways to get money without working in a company with film production and one job imperaticular is being a content creator or as people call them youtuber.

If you don't know already youtubers are creators who do everyday things, but they can make anything and get paid for it. The way they get paid is by how many people watch and subscribe to their videos. However, this isn't so simple it needs to go viral or being viewed by 100s of people to get paid even a penny. Also, there are some conditions that need to be meet to get paid like they need to be monetized and follow the YouTube guidelines.  Youtubers are usually a 1-person job, so they edit, film and act in their own content and most of the time they have no personal experience with filmmaking beforehand. There are many topics youtubers can cover from gaming to controversy.

Gaming

One category youtubers cover is gaming this is where they play different games which is the most popular and well-known things youtubers do. The reason why people watch this is mainly for the youtubers reactions or that they can't play the game because its exclusive to a console or its only on steam which some people don't have laptops or computers.  

Commentary

The next category content creators cover is talking about various topics that have been in the news or about other YouTube channels. These creators will cover things that could course controversies in the general public for example, they talk about kanya west or a certain youtubers content.  

Reviews

The third category, content creators cover are reviews.  This is reviewing a movie or a tv show and talk about what it's about, the character development and what it looks like. Mainly, it is analysing a movie or an episode in depth then rank them by how they liked it.  

Rankings

Content creators also make ranking videos for different things this could be outrightly ridiculous to super sensible. However, most people who rank content rank tv shows and movies in their overall opinion.

Making Short movies/skits

Sometimes, content creators make their own shows and skits in the beginning of videos which is only 5 minutes or there are the videos these could be a 5-part miniseries which is 15-20 minutes left. This is usually the most creative products produced by youtubers but there are not many of them.

Theories

Some Youtubers make theory videos about film, games and tv shows. These videos are for teenage audiences and its in-depth analysis with giving evidence for the theory. For example, Game theory is a very good YouTube channel where they explore different theories and reliable evidence.

Vlogs

The final thing YouTube creators create are vlogs which are the easiest product you can create. This is only where you go and film yourself do everyday activities like going to comic con or going to the shops. Also, they have challengers within the vlog like they have to buy so much with someone else's credit card or playing hide and seek in a toy shops. Vlogs are usually aimed for the younger audience then older audiences because its more eccentric and outlandish.
