Self-employment in film

For Self-employment there are ways to get money without working in a company with film production and one job imperaticular is being a content creator or as people call them youtuber. If you don't know already youtubers are creators who do everyday things, but they can make anything and get paid for it. The way they get paid is by how many people watch and subscribe to their videos. However, this isn't so simple it needs to go viral or being viewed by 100s of people to get paid even a penny. Also, there are some conditions that need to be meet to get paid like they need to be monetized and follow the YouTube guidelines.  Youtubers are usually a 1-person job, so they edit, film and act in their own content and most of the time they have no personal experience with filmmaking beforehand. There are many topics youtubers can cover from gaming to controversy. Gaming One category youtubers cover is gaming this is where they play different games which is the most popular and well-kn...

Secondary Research on emplyment

The secondary Research on employment is that in film production you will be mainly started from the bottom. However, most of the time if you finish university and get a degree you would know a lot of people in the industry already because of work experience and because they have come into your university and teaching you the methods themselves.  Employment is defined as paid work however you can be employed when you're doing work experience. Most of the time you're not treated as an employee or named as an employee until you get paid.   Realistically, your first employment would not be at film production and you will have to work somewhere small or irrelevant to what you studied in university like Tesco's but that does not mean you would be looking out for film jobs. Finding a dream job f irstly, while you will be working in jobs such as Aldi and Tesco's. You will be looking on websites to see if there is any jobs linked to film production. The factors you will be l...

Now this is for the amount of changers there have been made from the book to the movie adaptions.                                                                Book vs 1990s Miniseries First off let's list the Changes because this miniseries/2hour movie structures itself like the book then the remakes.      1987 Book                                                                                1990 Film It opens up with a kid playing on her bike then she mysteriously vanishes. So, the police get called and one the detective looks at the bike and knows that ITS came back so he phones one of his friends and he re...

Primary Reasearch on Universities

The Primary Research for looking at universities and higher education is my personal experience with looking at the universities. The universities I have looked which isn't online and actually have been in the faculty are. Newcastle University Sunderland University Teesside University While looking at the facilities, some of the equipment was decent to amazing. When I visited Sunderland university it had great facilities for photography and it was amazing but for the the course i want to do it had an empty space and a green screen with a few monitors for editing. With Newcastle it had great facilities and it was a very nice place but the problem was the actual course and what they made looked easy it didn't have passion or it didn't feel like 3 years of filmmaking it looks like something you could create in your first year.

For my movie adaption research I am going to be looking at the horror movies called It this will be the book which was written Stephen king in 1986, the miniseries called Stephen kings it from the 90s, IT 2018 and IT chapter 2 from 2019.  It is basically about an entity that can become ones greatest fears and it comes out to feed every 27 years in the town of Derry. The only people who can stop them are 4 outcasts and they need to kill the entity so it doesn't hurt anyone else's. It fails once but they come back 27 years later as adults to kill the entity once and for all. This book/movie adaptions have violence, sacrifices, scares and tension that follows these kids journeys and you will be gripped in every second.  The book was written but Stephen king and it was very received by audiences. The book was the 22nd book in the 17th novel that he has written. The book was released to the public on the 15th September 1986. There was many reprints of the book. This is the or...
